Quantity Surveying (Cost Management)
Our services include:
- Collaborate with design teams following feasibility drawings to provide an initial estimation order of cost
- Advise regarding appropriate procurement methodology
- Continual updates regarding elemental estimations as necessary following any potential alterations throughout the design and development stages
- Preparation of main contractor tender package, including the collation of all other relevant consultant information
- Collate and report on quotations received by all involved parties for direct works not included within main contractor tender package
- Preparation and curation of all necessary contract documentation
- Monitoring and reporting of all elements of cost and expense during construction phase, with regular cost reports detailing anticipated project expenditure
- Raising of orders on behalf of employer and clientele for direct contractors, supplies and equipment
- Agreeing the final monetary account with all key parties following project completion
