Project Management
Our services include:
- Advise and assist clients on assembly of an appropriate design team
- Organisation and chairing of meetings with relevant teams throughout the project works to enable smooth co-ordination between all designers, architects, contractors and other key specialists
- Co-ordination, planning and submission of all building control, planning and advertisement consent, to an agreed programme
- Procurement of additional quotations from essential parties including designers and architects, for peripheral elements such as furnishings, fittings and specialist equipment
- Regular recording of on-site progression to maintain clarity and continuity
- Overseeing of delivery and installation of direct furnishings and equipment items
- Undertaking of completion inspection alongside critical parties including clientele, design and architect teams to compile a “snagging list” of outstanding items
- Remedy of any project defects following final inspection, completion of issues highlighted by “snagging list” prior to project hand-over
