We are fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and Altius CDM accredited - helping us to continue to provide our services efficiently, safely, and professionally.
While based in the south east, our excellent travel links provide us with a national reach, helping to satisfy our customers from the (questionably) sunny Sussex coast to the vibrant stretches of the northern cities. Brian Johnson BSc MRICS
With a wealth of experience behind him Brian qualified with the RICS in 1992, launching himself into a successful professional career. Using the experience and skills attain from a select number of surveying firms, Brian launched his independent campaign in 2017, founding the small start-up firm, Quantum. Alongside his friend and colleague Craig, together, Quantum has continued to grow to new heights and recently completed its own period of expansion and relocation in 2019.
As well as being a founding member and key driving force for the business, Brian is an active member of the team, always ready to fully immerse himself in his projects. With his hands-on approach, and never shy to assemble the odd piece of flat-pack furniture on the way, Brian prides himself in his commitment to his clients and projects.
Boasting a long and progressive partnership Brian and Craig have worked successfully together for well over 10 years.
Brian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Craig Denyer
With his roots found as a contractor himself, Craig’s abilities and experience has helped shape his successful transition into quantity surveying in 2007. With strong industry knowledge and know-how, Craig’s commitment to his work and projects is plain to see through his successful results.
Throughout his career Craig has been able to obtain a wide range of industry networks, boasting an array of specialist connections and partnerships. While maintaining an up to date interest in the ever-changing construction industry, Craig is able to utilise his vast experience to gain positive results and happy customers.
